Article Refund Policy (as gently as I can put it)

My refund policy is very simple: no refunds are ever issued for any reason. This is because information is fundamentally non-returnable once it's been processed as knowledge. Once you learn it, you keep it. Also, the no-refund rule keeps the thieves and free-loaders away, and boy do I love that.
